Return Policy
Due to the intimate (health/hygiene) nature of jewelry pieces, I do not accept returns unless the piece arrives defective.
I cannot accept returns for custom orders for any reason due to the personalization of the piece itself.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24-hours of purchase.
Shipping & Handling
All orders ship for $5 regardless of how much you buy!
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with a tracking number.
Upgraded shipping is available at checkout.
Allow 2-7 business days for delivery of your order. Holidays may delay this.
Please provide all necessary information when ordering, and confirm it’s correct before placing your order.
Incomplete or incorrect information may delay shipping of your order.
I am not responsible for delays in shipping once the package arrives at the postal carrier.
