  • A full 15” wide by 13” tall work surface, which means 135 square inches of money-maker!
  • Quality crafted from Tree-Friendly, Durable, Melamine-Topped MDF.
  • The Soft White Surface and Neutral Colored Pockets don’t mesmerize your eyeballs or compete with your components.

  • V-shaped grooves to insure centering of round beads during design/measuring.
  • 5 Production Channels, 10” long, for bracelet layout.
  • All Bead Pockets are sized to accommodate a Shovel and Tweezers tool to easily return excess materials to their storage containers. (Laurie uses the common and readily available Beadalon, model 213C-001, so we sized for it.) Or you can use your fingernails, because...
  • All Interior Pockets and Exterior Edges are rounded for comfort, protection, and ease of material retrieval.
  • Crisp, High-Contrast, Laser-Etched Measuring Scale (in Inches) and Decorative Graphics.
    • Laurie thinks it looks happy, like a smiling sun!

    DESCRIPTION:

Why we made a board specifically designed for production:

To craft One-of-a-Kind (OoaK) designs, it’s costly not only in materials but also in precious time. For EACH piece, pictures must be taken and edited, descriptions written, product and packaging weighed, shipping profile created, retail price calculated, etc. While some folks are willing to pay for an OoaK creation, thank God, we believe others may not be as concerned with exclusivity as they are about appreciating something of equal quality that’s more affordable. This is where production comes in. When you save time, customers happily save money.

“But some people wouldn’t be caught dead next to someone else wearing the same piece.” That may be true, but what are the chances of that happening in a world of nearly 8 billion people? “But I only sell to (my country).” In the United States, a nation of 330 million, the chances would be about that of winning the Mega Millions jackpot. According to the CDC, you are about 30,000 times more likely to get injured in your bathroom. The National Weather Service shows that you’re about 250 times more likely to be struck by lightning this year. (How many people do you know who have been struck by lightning-- ever?) Lastly, according to the Florida Shark Museum, you are 80 times more likely to be killed in a shark attack than hitting a lottery jackpot. So “mighty slim” are the chances that your admirers will run into another who is wearing an identical piece of your Limited Edition jewelry.

So, then, why not design, describe, photograph/edit, weigh, and calculate for, say, 5, 10, even 20 or more identically or similarly designed/colored pieces? Think of the savings you could pass on to your customers using the same, quality materials and workmanship! Some of us makers might be able to afford to wait a while to sell one of our more expensive pieces, but many of us would like to stay a bit busier by making our money through volume. This is where our Production Bracelet Board comes in.

Simply design once, populate the pockets with the desired variations (or more of the same), then either effortlessly duplicate the pattern yourself or pass the stocked board to a family member, friend, or employee to easily follow your example while you take a well-deserved break or design yet another bracelet using a second board.

If you prefer a more Circular layout to that of this board's Linear presentation, be sure to check out our Bracelet Makers Dashboard [40011], the PortaBracelet [40013] or, for a combined Bracelet Necklace board, our UniBeader™ [40014].

    FAQs

    1. Can I save on shipping if I buy more than one item?
      • Yes! First, you won't see any discount at check-out, but will receive it by way of a refund before we ship. Also, you must buy everything at the same time and ship to the same address.
      • We calculate your refund by subtracting from what you paid what it actually costs to combine and ship your order in as few packages as is safely possible.
    2. Do you customize or personalize?
      • The short answer is, "No, we do not."
      • We do, however, listen to suggestions and will sometimes incorporate them into future designs if we feel that doing so would benefit a substantial number of beaders. Just drop us a convo!
      • We are truly sorry if our current designs don't suit your needs or taste, and hope that you will return periodically to see if we have made anything new that will.
    3. Do you haggle, discount, or donate?
      • In short, no.
      • Why?  Our offerings are painstakingly hand-crafted while being continuously inspected along the way. We are not a company as most folks would generally define one, but a semi-retired husband and wife team who works out of our basement. Considering what we charge, and after deducting production time, materials, and overhead - not to mention social media, photography, editing, equipment maintenance, telephone calls, etc. - we consider ourselves blessed when we manage to pull in even close to what we were paid by our previous employers.
    4. Why don't you bums offer free shipping?
      • Just as we have no intention of insulting your intelligence by trying to convince you of the existence of Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, or the Easter Bunny, we'll not suggest to you that shipping is somehow magically "free." While some sellers raise their prices to present such a fantasy, we believe you will want us to keep prices as low as possible. Besides, if we hid the cost of shipping within our pricing, we'd have to charge the same shipping price to everyone, meaning that people who live close to us would have to pay more than is fair in order to subsidize those who live farther away. Here's a bit of wisdom for those who have never heard it: "There is no such thing as 'free.' "
    5. Do you ship internationally?
      • Nope.  We tried it for a while, but shipping charges were almost putting our dear, fellow beaders into cardiac arrest, and many would blame US!  We try very hard to offer near wholesale prices, and surely don't want a reputation for being unfairly expensive. So, until our collective governments pull their heads out on fair trade, we have decided to discontinue international shipping for the foreseeable future.
    6. OMG, shipping is, like, SO expensive! Why don't you (x, y, or z)?
      • We have done much research to ensure that our shipping is the fairest available anywhere which includes tracking and insurance. If you think you can do better, please let us know, specifically.
      • The packaging we use come either from us or the USPS. We will use whichever gets your purchase to you the safest and at the least cost.
      • For more info, please see our first FAQ, entitled "Can I save on shipping if I buy more than one item?"
    7. How do I care for my new board?
      • The best thing to do to your board is nothing at all. Generally, if you're comfortable, so will your board be, i.e., not too hot, cold, humid, no defenestration, etc. The only caveat is that your board doesn't like to bathe or take showers, so don't get it wet. Maybe use a soft brush, or some spit-free air to blow out the divots. Look at it this way... Although we invest a great deal of time into making our boards serve as individual works of art, they're also tools. Dirt, scratches, nicks, etc., are badges of honor - signs of usage and (hopefully) prosperity. Just use the thing and display it with pride, no matter its condition.
      • But, if you simply must keep it pristine, then have it framed and hang it on the wall; we'd be honored! :-)
    8. You're out of stock on X, and I'll simply DIE without it! When will you have more? WHEN???
      1. Short Answer: ASAP!
      2. Long Answer: ASAP! Generally, jewelry items are forever gone once they're gone. Our beading boards, however, will be replenished anywhere from within a few hours to several days, depending on which 90 hours each of us chooses to work that week. We're a small husband and wife shop, and do the best we can, so please be patient and don't hold it against us if we choose to sleep occasionally. If you convo us, we can give you a rough idea of when X will be back in stock. But, if you just can't wait, you might want to consider calling a shrink.
    9. Who sneezed on my board? (It snot what you think!)
      • The darker-colored spots which you may find in the carved areas of your new board(s) are present in varying degrees from manufacturer to manufacturer and from lot to lot. With wood being a natural product, we expect these are bits of bark or knots that have been blended in with the wood pulp.
      • We're honestly not trying to pass off flaws as features, but, rather than finding them unsightly, we think of them as "beauty marks," because each board can be uniquely identified by their quantity and placement, as on a living thing.
      • We hope you appreciate our boards' raw individuality, versus our trying to hide their imperfections with paint or something. Besides, these markings are useful in beading groups to tell apart otherwise identical twins!

John and Laurie have been making and selling their products for some time, and it shows. They have a huge selection of bead boards of the highest quality, not to mention jewelry displays. Packaging was extremely well done, and I can’t imagine anything they send out ever getting damaged. Plus excellent communication every step of the way. In short, top notch sellers with the best products and service anyone could possibly want. HIGHLY recommended!
