Meet the Maker
We are a small studio run by two talented creators. Our team: Henry specializes in crafting artisan jewelry, creating functional wooden pieces and building ukulele guitars. Sustainability is a core value for us, and we take pride in recycling all of our scrap silver to be used in our lost wax castings, rolling sheet, and wire. This not only helps us reduce waste but also adds a touch of individuality to each of our creations. On the other hand, Lena brings her artistic touch by crafting dress flowers and holiday ornaments using silk, velvet and recycled cotton. Whether you are seeking a gift for a friend or something special for yourself, Frost and Flowers has unique items to offer.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for flower brooches and chokers. However, we do accept returns for all other items in our shop within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in undamaged, unaltered, and original condition. If an item is received damaged the seller reserves the right to deduct these costs from any refund that may be given.
Items being returned must be shipped with a tracking number. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We urge you to insure the package as we are not responsible for loss or damage. Please notify us of your intent to return the item prior to shipping.
Can I get a return shipping label?
Buyers are responsible for all return postage on items they wish to return. Please review the details of the return policy prior to placing your order.

Are delivery times guaranteed?
No. We make and send your order as fast as possible, but we have no control over when USPS delivers packages. When USPS marks a package as delivered we are limited in the information that we get from the post office. If you have a problem with delivery of your package, please contact your local post office directly for the most up to date information.
I haven’t received my package, can I get a refund?
If USPS has marked your package as delivered, but you haven’t received it, you should contact your local post office to find out the exact location package was delivered to. If the package was delivered to the wrong address, USPS have to assist you in getting the package back.
In situations where a package was in fact delivered to your address, but you cannot find it, we are unable to refund. You should contact your local post office and police department and report the package as stolen.
If a package wasn’t delivered and tracking shows it as not delivered, please contact us.
Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.
Do we hold orders?
No, we are unable to hold orders. Once you place your order, it will be processed and shipped in the time frame stated in the listing.

Jewelry sizing details
Please be certain that you order the correct ring size. We do not offer resizing services. Local jewelry stores are a great place to determine your ring size.
Check to make sure you are ordering the correct length or size bracelet or necklace when you place your order. Should you have questions about sizes, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Your handcrafted jewelry is very delicate, please wear it with care.
It is not recommended you wear your jewelry during any activity which could cause damage.
Remove your jewelry prior to sleeping.
Your handcrafted jewelry piece should not be exposed to cosmetics, lotions, or perfumes.
Our sterling silver should be stored in a plastic bag to minimize tarnishing.
Our handmade jewelry is for adults only and not made for children to wear.
