Bourbon "fever" and Man Cave "mania" is sweeping the country! These "Bourbon Bar" Lids allow you to customize a vintage looking authentic bourbon barrel lid from Kentucky.
We have a myriad of "Bourbon Bar Logo" options to consider. Simply choose the one that you would like to customize. In the STYLE section, choose # 1 thru # 6.
For example: "# 1 with Thomas. Please also add EST 2020 underneath." or another example would be "# 4 with David's Rum Bar". If we have any questions, we will reach out. We will send you a proof before lasering for approval.
After the first 4 barrel lid picture examples with names, the next 6 are your templates to choose from:

In some cases, you may want to insert your own artwork. If this is the case, choose your style, describe what you would like and UPLOAD the file. We prefer .png or .jpeg. The more contrast (Black and white versus color) is best.
And finally, on the back side, we carve in keyholes at 16" APART FOR EASY WALL HANGING.

Meet the Maker
My name is Karen and along with the love of my life Tom, we are Whiskey, Wine and Design. It all began on a romantic weekend and a vineyard visit. Bought the barrel. Made a barrel bar. Family wanted them. Friends wanted them. And here we are 5 years later with our corporate jobs in the rearview mirror and barrel decor our daily passion!
Our workshop is in Georgia. Our barrel source is a blend of bourbon barrels from Kentucky and whiskey barrels from Tennessee. We travel to many craft shows around the SE USA so please come visit us in person. But in lieu of that, enjoy reviewing our selection of handmade barrel decor items for your home! How it’s Made
The biggest mistake novice barrel decor makers make is not understanding that the wet wood from the whiskey in the barrel will SHRINK AS IT DRYS OUT. Well, in regards to barrel lids, this is a big problem over time. A barrel lid will gap between the staves or even fall apart.
That's why we take the very unique step of putting every barrel lid we sell into a KILN to dry it out to 6% moisture level. That moisture level is very very low and assures you of a lid that we stand the test of time!
