This set of adjustable Heated Hand Warmer Wrist Wraps will help manage the discomfort of chronic pain caused by various conditions as well as for those that perform repetitive and wrists motion throughout the day.
Designed with velcro adjustable straps and are made to fit most adult hands. If you crochet, knit, constantly use the computer or other action that put strain on the hand and wrists, the hand and wrist warmer is comfortable to wear while you continue with your activity while bringing warm comfort to tired hands and wrists.
The wrist wrap is adjustable and comfortable so that you can continue to work and do the things you love to do.
Description
-This wrist wrap is made of 100% cotton flannel fabric for a soft, soothing feel. The outside is the print option of your choice, the inside is a coordinating solid color;
-The inside of the bag is lined with a microwaveable cotton batting that provides extra softness and helps extend the warmth of the flaxseed;
-Filled with 100% unscented natural flaxseed, NO other fillers are used in any of truME's FlaxBags. Each wrist wrap weighs approximately 20 ounces;
-The item is created with separate chambers that provides for an even distribution of heat and extends the warm, heated experience;
-Fits most adults, the hand warmer will easily slip on and off and is adjustable with a velcro closure;
-This wrap can be used on either the right or left hand or order 2, and get FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING;
-Store in the freezer in a zip lock bag (included with your purchase) for as needed, gentle cool action. Need warmth, take it out of the zip lock bag and pop in the microwave.
TEST, TEST, TEST your heating times for maximum comfort and to avoid possible injury and burning of the flaxseed. Test in 30 second intervals with a maximum heat time of 2 minutes. The warm and moist action will last approximately 30 minutes.

Hello and Welcome to my world!
I was a stay-at-home mom until my youngest went to school. To supplement our income during that time, I sewed at home doing alternations and handcrafts. Once all 3 of my kids were in school, I went to work in the outside world for 35+ years and had a successful career.
Now fast forward. I never lost my love and passion for creating, when I retired from the outside workforce I decided it was time that I go back to doing what I truly love, I've come full circle.
I’ve always loved trying anything and everything that got my creative juices flowing, but my true passion was the sewing machine.
In 2018, I opened truME Collection focused on self-care. Here you'll find an assortment of items that will help promote relaxation, reduce stress and help with you pain management needs. Each item is individually made with quality materials.

Every item you find in my both my shops are handmade by me with the occasional help from one of my grandkids. Each item receives my heart and full attention to detail, no mass production here!!

How it’s Made
All truME Therapeutic Flaxseed Heat and Cold Bags are made using quality fabric and materials. My therapeutic bags are only filled with all-natural food grade flaxseed, no other fillers are used. When selecting a scented variation, the flaxseed is blended with organic lavender/chamomile or eucalyptus/peppermint with a trace of pure essential oils.
All items are stitched using both overlock and single needle machines for lasting durability in my eco-friendly, home workshop.
