Question: So, is MOSAIC a completely separate website that integrates with goimagine?
Answer: Yes. Your MOSAIC shop is a privately branded website that also posts your products to goimagine's marketplace. That said, you only need to manage one seller dashboard with your inventory displaying on your own website and goimagine at the same time. It's like managing one website...but getting two!
Question: So, I'm able to have my own custom domain?
Answer: Yes. You can connect your own custom domain (i.e. shopname.com) to your MOSAIC site. You can use a domain you purchased somewhere else (like Godaddy, Namecheap, etc.) or you can purchase one from our service here https://goimaginedomains.com/
Question: Am I allowed to post non-handmade products in a MOSAIC shop?
Answer: Not yet. Every product in your MOSAIC shop is also in the goimagine marketplace. So, everything must still abide by goimagine's Handmade Guidelines.
Question: Where do you see the future of MOSAIC? What new features are you planning on?
Answer: It's true that we are a young company that's still developing. As we continue to grow we will be adding more functionality to MOSAIC to help our makers. This may include a maker blog or ability to choose from multiple design templates to further customize your branding. With the support of our makers we will be able to continually invest in this development for the future.
Question: Do transactions from MOSAIC shops still go to charity?
