Amazonite is a green type of feldspar named for the Amazon River and the jungle surrounding it, though there are no amazonite deposits in the area. Colors can range from forest green, light and blue-green, to green with a grey cast. It is fairly soft and fragile, and is often cut into beads, carvings, and cabochons for that reason.

Peridot is gem-quality olivine and is one of a few gemstones to come in only one color: green. It can range from a lime or spring green to a dark olive or brownish green. It's one of the oldest known gems, with records of it dating back to 1500 BC, as well as being mentioned in the Bible. The Romans nicknamed it "emerald of the evening" for its radiant glow in low light. Queen Conch is a large west Atlantic sea snail that has a 6-12 inch shell that primarily has a pale pink inside, but can also have cream, peachy, yellow to nearly red colors. The shells have been used for decoration, tools, and horns for a few hundred years.
