The cover is made in an envelope design so that the eye pillow insert stays secure within the cover, no zipper or other closure to worry about.

The eye pillow insert is made using natural unbleached muslin cotton and lined with microwavable cotton batting. Using microwaveable batting allows for a longer therapeutic warm experience. The insert is sewn using an overlock serger and single needle sewing machines for lasting durability. The eye pillow weighs approximately 9 oz. and overall measures 4.5"x10".

Hello and Welcome to my world!
I was a stay-at-home mom until my youngest went to school. To supplement our income during that time, I sewed at home doing alternations and handcrafts. Once all 3 of my kids were in school, I went to work in the outside world for 35+ years and had a successful career.
Now fast forward. I never lost my love and passion for creating, when I retired from the outside workforce I decided it was time that I go back to doing what I truly love, I've come full circle.
I’ve always loved trying anything and everything that got my creative juices flowing, but my true passion was the sewing machine.
In 2018, I opened truME Collection focused on self-care. Here you'll find an assortment of items that will help promote relaxation, reduce stress and help with you pain management needs. Each item is individually made with quality materials.

Every item you find in my both my shops are handmade by me with the occasional help from one of my grandkids. Each item receives my heart and full attention to detail, no mass production here!!

How it’s Made
All truME Therapeutic Flaxseed Heat and Cold Bags and other gift items are made using quality fabric and materials. My therapeutic bags are only filled with all-natural food grade flaxseed, no other fillers are used. When selecting a scented variation, the flaxseed is blended with organic lavender/chamomile or eucalyptus/peppermint with a trace of pure essential oils.
All items are stitched using both overlock and single needle machines for lasting durability in my eco-friendly, home workshop.
