Materials:
Crafted with high-quality soft flannel and cotton batting filled with food grade flaxseed, this boot is both soothing and durable. To add to the softness of the boot, microwaveable cotton batting is sandwiched between the inner liner and outer fabric.
The open toe design allows for breathability and freedom of movement however this boot IS NOT MEANT to be walked in. The adjustable straps ensure a customized and secure fit.
Care Instructions: To keep your Flaxseed Foot and Ankle Open Toe Adjustable Boot in top condition, spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry as needed. Do not wash or submerge in water to preserve the integrity of the flaxseed filling. Enjoy the soothing comfort and relief this boot provides, whether for warm relaxation or gentle cooling therapy.
The boot is designed for duality of use as a warm or gentle cool pack. Store in the freezer for an as needed gentle cool therapeutic action. Need to warm up cold feet? Remove the boot from the zip lock bag (included with your purchase) and pop in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
Filled with natural flaxseeds which is known for their excellent heat retention and therapeutic properties, perfect for easing chronic pain or provide comfort to tired feet. Not just for warmth, this can also be chilled for use as a gentle cool pack - providing soothing relief after a tiring day or rigorous activity.

Full Description
The open toe boot is made of 100% cotton flannel fabric for a soft, warm, soothing feel. The outside is the print option of your choice, the inside is a coordinating solid color;
Sandwiched between the outside fabric is a microwaveable cotton batting that provides extra softness and helps extend the warmth of the flaxseed;
Filled with 100% unscented natural flaxseed, NO other fillers are used in any of truME's FlaxBags. Each boot weighs approximately 25 ounces;
The item is created with separate vertical chambers that provides for an even distribution of heat around the ankle area as well as "sole" of the boot. These separated areas not only provides an even distribution of warm or cooling action it extends the overall warming or cooling experience;
Fits most adults, the boot will easily slip on and off and can be tightened or loosened with the adjustable 1.5 inch wide velcro closure;
Store in the freezer in a zip lock bag (included with your purchase) for as needed, gentle cool action. The cool action will help overheated feet. Need warmth, take it out of the zip lock bag and pop in the microwave.
All microwaves are different. TEST, TEST, TEST your heating times for maximum comfort and to avoid possible injury and burning of the flaxseed. Test in 30 second intervals with a maximum heat time of 2 minutes. The warm and moist action will last approximately 30 minutes.

Hello and Welcome to my world!
I was a stay-at-home mom until my youngest went to school. To supplement our income during that time, I sewed at home doing alternations and handcrafts. Once all 3 of my kids were in school, I went to work in the outside world for 35+ years and had a successful career.
Now fast forward. I never lost my love and passion for creating, when I retired from the outside workforce I decided it was time that I go back to doing what I truly love, I've come full circle.
I’ve always loved trying anything and everything that got my creative juices flowing, but my true passion was the sewing machine.
In 2018, I opened truME Collection focused on self-care. Here you'll find an assortment of items that will help promote relaxation, reduce stress and help with you pain management needs. Each item is individually made with quality materials.

Every item you find in my both my shops are handmade by me with the occasional help from one of my grandkids. Each item receives my heart and full attention to detail, no mass production here!!

How it’s Made
All truME Therapeutic Flaxseed Heat and Cold Bags and other gift items are made using quality fabric and materials. My therapeutic bags are only filled with all-natural food grade flaxseed, no other fillers are used. When selecting a scented variation, the flaxseed is blended with organic lavender/chamomile or eucalyptus/peppermint with a trace of pure essential oils.
All items are stitched using both overlock and single needle machines for lasting durability in my eco-friendly, home workshop.
