About this Product
This hand-painted stoneware drinking mug is great for cups of coffee or tea while contemplating life. It holds 16 ounces of liquid and has a beautiful design featuring urban pit bulls among buildings.
The mug is slip-cast stoneware. The glazes are hi-fire, food-safe glazes. The graphics are original artwork printed with food-safe paints and fired onto the surface of the mug.
The mouth is 4 inches wide, height is 4 1/2-inches, and it holds 16 ounces of liquid.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
It is a hand-crafted one-of-a-kind artwork (small imperfections are implicit in the process).

Meet the Maker
I am a third generation artist--my grandfather, mother, aunts, brother and my daughter are all artists. I taught art for several years. Now I am a full-time maker. I earned an MFA degree with a major in ceramics. I also have a mother/daughter shop (the original RetroRamics) on Etsy.
How it’s Made
The mug is slip cast stoneware. It is bisque and glaze fired. The image is hand colored.
